Believe

Power of the words stays in the ink 

I dip my pen and begin to think 

Of all the Gods, notions and belief 

I'm on the brink as i begin to drink 

The wisdom and knowledge of the worlds beliefs 

Whose God is true, while others are false idols 

A naive inquisition in questioning beliefs 

With fanatical fantasies forcing feverish disputes;

Rallies, fights and death ensues 

And erupts with strong stances and unwavering understandings 

The construction of comfort that forms by  standing

Alongside centuries of formulated religious demanding 

Believe what you believe and do what you do

But do not purse the oppression of others  not like you

Natural Mortality

A Lost Soul Never Dies

It only Wanders While It Cries

Always Contemplating Good Old Times

Constantly Questioning Why They Try

It Seems No Matter Where They Go

Who They Meet They’ll Never Know, The Real;

Always A Joker, a Jester, A Showman, A Muse.

Who Or What Are These Daunting Tasks

The Fleeting Memories, Which Never Last

Who’s To Question Whose To Know?

Life Everlasting Or Crippling Blows?

The Ethical Concourse To Strain and Stand, While

Physically weak As Mortal Man;

The Complexity of One will be undone

To Rise with the Moon

And Set With The Sun

Blood Of A Poet The Story of Orpheus and Eurydice

A Poetic Artist Playing a Leyre

Orphues sings his songs while standing in fire

Convincing the Gods of an unjust fate,

Orpheus sings his songs in an unfixed state

He sings his songs with a rapturous voice

He seduces the gods they had no choice

With beating heart and trembling hands

A love so strong they could withstand

The Evil Gods and their master plan

When Love and Death met lightness and dark

Orpheus stepped into light, overcome with delight

The great poet Orpheus was bound by a condition

But he couldn’t control his own mortal ambition

A compulsion not to wait, Orpheus turned around

And looked upon Eurydice‘s beautiful face

She was nowhere to be found...

When Eurydice reached the very last step

Her eyes would not stop

They continuously wept

Reaching for Orpheus

She stumbled and looked up:

Her eyes met his eyes

As surprise streaked across his face,

In an Instant she was gone

Without a trace

To love and be loved and walk on the land

To sing the songs walking hand in hand

The great poet Orpheus, with lyre as he stands

Sings his songs of a love that was band

To engage the Gods, the rocks and the birds

With blissful melodies unlike anyone you have ever heard

The great poet Orpheus unbound by man

Stands in the field

And weeps in his hands
