Gearing up for Halloween! I updated my army guy with a great mask and I installed an oscillating fan in his head for movement. My big project was making a hanging man move. Using PVC pipe, a windshield wiped motor, an old mask and a lot of time to get it moving right. Still final touchups on his costume, but you can see for yourself.
